I can detect the citrus and the vanilla, not sure how much of anything else makes itself detectable to my nose but it is pleasant and while it does not smell expensive, it doesn\u2019t feel as cheap as some others in my estimation. It\u2019s a fine work fragrance an not really anything more. There is a tart note on the end of it that makes it very slightly unpleasant. Chemical; synthetic.<\/p>\n
What does it mean to smell \u201cexpensive.\u201d Expensive to me means a scent that is complex and well thought out and organized for maximum olfactory pleasure. It involves lots of quality ingredients and a high level of skill on the part of the perfumer. Al Rehab Clever Man does not smell like that. It smells like a competently made cheap perfume. It does not smell like Axe but it does smell like it is at the level of a Pinaud Clubman or other cheap fragrance. The point is that it smells like what it is.<\/p>\n
Longevity is fine in my skin, fades significantly throughout the day but is always detectable, more on clothes than on skin though.<\/p>\n
