This thing is strong. I mean STRONG. You want something that will last, Belcam’s Classic Match Green is it. It might even last on clothes past a single wash.
Does it smell good? Maybe if you’ve never smelled anything good before. Okay, that’s kind of not fair. It smells like a cheap cologne because that’s what it is. It smells like the sort of thing someone who works for a living might have worn for an occasion between 1970 and 1985. By 85 it would have been an old man’s cologne. It does what colognes do for working people: it covers sweat odor until it is possible to get a shower. As with the Lomani, the mere application of it is meant to show that you are ready to have a good time. There is obviously no shame in that and I think Classic Match Green will do that very well. Better than many, in fact. The nostalgia factor will up it’s appreciation by quite a bit.
I tried layering it with another excellent sweat mask, Claiborne Sport and it does mostly work. The two scents don’t exactly meld, but they lay against each other to create a kind of pine-y cleanness. I’m not suggesting you try this.
Is it masculine? Sure. There is a patchouli note that I do not like, but there does to be more to it. I wouldn’t describe this as purely patchouli.
